Over the last few months, plans have been in motion to create a fun user experience for visitors accessing the festival website on their smart phones during the show.

The festival has partnered with Motion Mobs to build this interactive mobile website which we will unveil this weekend at the art show. MotionMobs is a fast growing technology group focused on bringing strategy and efficiency to a wide range of companies through mobile technology, intuitive user-experiences, and integrated software solutions.

Visitors will be able to tour the 215 artist booths right from their smart phones, plus get important schedules and line ups for other favorite MCAC venues and events.

Using the SEARCH ARTIST BY MEDIUM functionality, patrons will see visually plotted points along the festival venue map for all art categories with pinch and +- zoom capability for selecting individual artist booths. Each pin point on the map will take you to an exhibitor page to preview mutiple art images by that artist, his/her booth number, as well as more details about that artist’s career, work and process. All you have to do is visit ww.MagicCityArt.com on your smart phone browser during MCAC, and you’ll be ready to tour the show. So, go mobile with us at the 30th annual festival! Just watch where you’re walking when you take the mobile tour.

NOTE: The Full Website created by Kinetic Communications will also be accessible through a link from the mobile site.
